New Year, New Location!

On January 15th, 2023 I will be moving into my new studio at 300 Southwind Rd., Siler City, NC 27344

All sessions will be held at the new location after January 15th, unless notified otherwise.

South Wind Farm was formerly home to Body Therapy Institute, a massage therapy school founded by Rick Rosen and Carey Smith. now owned by Dr. Brent Anderson, founder of Polestar Pilates he has transformed the school into Southwind Retreat Center. I am honored to be moving into the highly accredited space and working with Dr. Brent and his staff on my new journey.
