Practice Philosophy
My experiences with sports in my youth created a passion of working with amateur, top performing ACC athletes, and Olympians throughout my professional schooling leading to being awarded with a Medical Sports Massage Internship and opportunities to tour with championed teams.
My personal interactions with trauma have led to a strong sense of advocacy and a dedication to support survivors of abuse. It is my goal to help them re-establish a sense of safe touch through energy and bodywork as they heal, grow, and thrive after trauma.
I am a practitioner and a facilitator of healing in others. I am not a healer, or a doctor, and I do not play either on tv or in person.
I believe every individual is unique and capable of healing themselves with the right support, tools and techniques. I have found multiple modalities and alternative healing approaches work cohesively with modern science and western medicine to bring about the best possible outcome for the client. Together we create your treatment plan and work together to achieve set goals throughout your visit/s.
